Jing Jing Nutrifood Inc. was created to promote personal health using an approach that is based on science, nature, and traditional knowledge. It was founded by Dr. Lui, who has dedicated his life to studying, researching, and understanding how ginseng contributes to our essence – our Jing – during his academic engagement and is dedicated to passing back that acquired knowledge so we can all thrive. Our initial effort was concerned with the superfood, American ginseng, at the Western Sarnia Lambton Research Park; and we have been successful in the development of American Red ginseng and other value-added products, such as elixir, kombucha, tea, coffee, chocolate, and soup. With these products, we intend to harvest the Jing (life energy) to help you be your best and stay your best. For the commercialization of these products, we are opening a manufacturing facility at the Grove in the Western Fair District in London in May 2023 to produce health food and nutraceuticals. To complete our vertical value chain approach, we are now offering a brand-new artisan food processing facility, market and eatery at 85 York St serving the London downtown community and beyond.

We take extra care in selecting ingredients and cooking conditions to prepare and harvest our unique vegetable and meat broths, stocks, and essences. We focus on quality ingredients with an emphasis on local and seasonal supply and their health values. Our eatery offers a dynamic menu that changes to address healthy lifestyle and seasonal need, diversity, and balance.
